There is NO SUCH THING as “Jurisdictions” in Nature

There is NO SUCH THING as “Jurisdictions” in Nature. They're all man-made. They're all ideas or ideals. The Bible's a “jurisdiction”. It's simply a book. But, it's a jurisdiction for those that "believe" rather than KNOW (gnōsis). So, in the minds of the “Believers”—not the same as the knowers / Gnōstics—that Bible, just like the Bhagavad Gita (भगवद्गीता), Torah (תּוֹרָה), Talmud (תַּלְמוּד‎), Quran, Black’s Law Dictionary, et al. that "Bible" has boundaries even though they're completely in the mind, and within the “word” on the written page, that's a jurisdiction over the mind ONLY and NOT in Nature.

Now, who/what has control of that “jurisdiction”? Well, whoever the Author is of that or, whoever claims to own the copyrights© or that the so-called “Intellectual Property” (IP) known as Bible, the U.S. Code, Black’s Law, the Quran, etc. So, we all know that “Bible” was written by man and institutions of man and not any "god/gods".

So, if I, eric, claim a character in that Tome, if I keep using the NAME of a character in that book, I am allowing that character to come into MY world or, I AM is allowing for me go into that world of fiction to I become “subject” otherwise known as a slave/servant or, a “U.S. citizen”, “Resident”, “Filer”,“Taxpayer”, “Christian”, “Jew”, “Muslim”, “Buddhist”, “Hindu”, etc. to that book and then I get “booked”. I become a slave/subject to that world and the one that rules over that world becomes the ruler of me. I have just changed "governments" from my own Christed-being (head) by "believing" (again rather than gnōing) in the jurisdiction of that book and its attached cult/mob mentality.
